R4K is open for business!

We’re looking for retail, service, and outreach vendors to be part of our big event! We are accepting a limited number of vendors this year to ensure the safety of all our guests.

Vending space is $30 for the evening, which is contributed to the overall donation to our charity. We provide a power outlet and access to wi-fi, and we ask that you provide your own table, lamps, and tablecloth. Vending spaces in the front of house have much more lighting and vending spaces inside the theater are darker. We’ll let you know where you’ll be prior to the show, however, if you have a strong preference please let us know below.

If you are a community organization or nonprofit and would like to distribute information but are not selling any products, you do not need to fill out a vendor application. Please contact us here and tell us about your outreach.

All vendors must be set up and open by 7:30pm. Load in time starts at 4:00 and must be completed by 7:00pm (load-in doors will be locked after 7), and there will be a coordinator on site to show you to your location.

If you’re interested in vending, please fill out the form below by September 1st. Our event coordinators will review all applications and get back to you by September 15th with our final vendor selections.
